Ingredients :
- 4 pieces of salmon fillet
- 2-3 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 knob of ginger (grated)
Method :
- Wash the salmon fillets
- Put the fillets in a bowl with teriyaki sauce, ginger and honey
- Let it marinate for 1 hours
- After 1 hours, put salmon to pan fry. Fry on both sides until cooked through and pour the marinade sauce over the salmon.
- Put salmon on a plate, serve with french fries or rice
