Salmon Teriyaki





Ingredients :


  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet
  • 2-3 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 knob of ginger (grated)



Method : 


  1. Wash the salmon fillets 
  2. Put the fillets in a bowl with teriyaki sauce, ginger and honey
  3. Let it marinate for 1 hours
  4. After 1 hours, put salmon to pan fry. Fry on both sides until cooked through and pour the marinade sauce over the salmon.
  5. Put salmon on a plate, serve with french fries or rice
